TQ Studio sits beside the host — never the supplier. We help you shape what the occasion should become, choose and direct the right people, review the proposals and prices you are given, and oversee the setup so the room matches the vision.
Concept visualMost hosts at this level meet the same quiet problem — long before the first guest arrives.
We turn an occasion into a clear idea — a feeling, a flow, and a point of view that belongs to you.
From a private network, we recommend and brief the suppliers and companies genuinely right for your event.
We read the proposals and prices you are given, and tell you what is fair, what is missing, and what to push back on.
We direct the setup and the day itself, so the room matches the vision and you remain a guest at your own event.
At this level, an event is built by many hands — a planner, a designer, a venue, production, entertainment, hospitality, guest management, documentation. Most hosts end up choosing between dozens of vendors with no one neutral beside them. TQ Studio is the layer above all of it, on your side.
We help you choose between companies and vendors, read their proposals and prices, align everyone to one vision, and hold the standard on the day. We sit beside you — not inside the vendor list — and we are not another supplier selling décor, flowers, or production.
TQ Studio does not replace every supplier, and it is not the full management company unless and until it is licensed and staffed for that scope. Today, we are the host's side of the table.
Each engagement is bounded and clear. Take the focused service, the involved one, or the full hand — depending on how much you want carried.
Already have quotes, moodboards, or proposals? We review the offer, scope, concept, price fairness, missing details, supplier fit, and risk — then give you one honest recommendation before you sign.
The unconflicted second opinionFor families choosing between wedding planners, event companies, decorators, and designers. We shortlist suitable companies, compare proposals, check pricing, and prepare your negotiation — before you commit.
Choose well, firstWe shape the concept and the guest journey, brief every supplier to one vision, and stand on the floor through setup and the night, so the room matches the render.
Concept to floorEnd to end, from the first idea to the post-event review — private dinners, milestones, and intimate gatherings, directed with restraint and care.
The full hand
Visual direction studyWhen the proposals arrive, they are hard to compare and harder to price. We read them side by side and tell you which company or vendor is right, whether the price is fair against the market, where the concept is weak, and exactly what to push back on before you sign.
This is the one service no company on the vendor list can honestly offer — because they are the ones being reviewed.
Styled conceptA wedding is the largest, hardest-to-reverse decision most families make — and the moment with the least honest guidance. We work at the decision stage, on your side, so you choose the right company and pay a fair price.
Advisory, by design. The company you choose runs the wedding — we make sure you choose well.
Styled conceptPrivate dinners, milestones, engagements, and family gatherings — the host moments where everything is personal. We design the feeling and the flow, from a scented arrival to a considered farewell, and direct it so it stays effortless for you.
Range without losing a point of view — minimalist or heritage, contemporary or rooted, always yours.
Visual direction studyA beautiful concept is worth nothing if the room does not match it. We brief every supplier to one coherent vision, walk the setup before a single guest arrives, correct what is off, and run the floor quietly on the day — so nothing slips, and no one sees the work.
You should feel like a guest at your own event. That is the whole point.
Every event is different. The way we get there is the same — so a bespoke result still feels considered at every step.
We understand the occasion, and understand you, before anything practical.
We read your actual taste, not the generic luxury default.
We set the concept, palette, guest journey, and the signature moments.
We shortlist suppliers and read every proposal for fairness and fit.
We brief each supplier and align everyone to one coherent vision.
We walk the setup and run the floor, then review it after.
A few directions that show how far the work travels — from restraint to heritage to contemporary — each built around a single feeling.
Concept visual, not client workAn intimate milestone where every object is deliberate and nothing is excess.
Concept visual, not client workModern luxury with a sense of place: the city's sky, sea, and pearl tones.
Concept visual, not client workWarmth and natural abundance, candlelight and ease — still designed.
Concept visual, not client workEmirati hosting treated with reverence: gahwa, dates, oud, and majlis logic at golden hour.
Concept visual, not client workA reception that tells a contemporary Abu Dhabi story with a strong guest journey.
Your occasion could be the next concept here.
Start a conversationNo commissions, no referral fees, no kickbacks from the suppliers we recommend. If a supplier offers a trade discount, it goes to you — or is clearly disclosed. Every recommendation is made for your event, not for our margin. It is the one thing a company selling its own concept can never honestly say.

TQ Studio carries my initials, but the roots run deeper. Liwa, in Al Dhafra, is where my family is from, and Abu Dhabi is the city I read the way you only can when it is home. That rooting shapes how I host, even when the work itself is contemporary.
I came to this through hospitality — at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental and The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi — and through studying it properly at Les Roches Abu Dhabi. I kept noticing the same gap: when someone plans an event that matters, no one is truly on their side across the whole of it. So I became that person.
What I bring is judgment, a real eye, an understanding of how a guest should feel from arrival to farewell, and a fluency in Abu Dhabi and Emirati hospitality that I offer when you want it and set aside when you do not.
An independent, client-side event direction studio working across the UAE. We sit beside the host — not the supplier — to shape the concept, choose and review the right people, and oversee the result.
No. A planner is paid to win and build your event, so its concept is also its sales pitch. We are independent — we direct the vision and the licensed companies who execute it, so your interests and ours are the same.
No. The licensed company runs and builds the event. We direct the vision, review the proposals, and oversee the standard on your behalf.
Yes, at the decision stage. We help you choose the right company and review the proposals. We are not a wedding-only brand, and we do not run the wedding itself.
Yes. This is one of our clearest services. We compare quotes side by side and tell you what is fair, what is missing, and what to negotiate before you sign.
Never. We are paid by you and by no one else. Any trade discount passes to you. Independence is the whole product, so we protect it.
Yes. We walk the setup before guests arrive, correct what breaks the vision, and run the floor quietly on the day.
Not at all. Cultural depth is a strength we bring when you want it, never a box we put you in. The work spans contemporary dinners, minimalist milestones, family celebrations, and corporate receptions.
Yes, and it is some of our favorite work. Intimate dinners, milestones, and family gatherings, directed with restraint so they stay effortless for the host.
A short note about the occasion is enough. We reply personally, and we keep a small number of clients at a time.
A short note is enough to begin. We reply personally, and we keep a very small number of clients at a time.
